Isaiah 58:10-11King James Version (KJV)
10 And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day:
11 And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
We all have seen a person in need in a intersection or a parking lot holding a sign "Need food please help!". Sometimes you look away like you didn't see them and sometimes you stop and hand them a dollar.
Or sometimes you wrestle with it by questioning God about what he's going to do with that money.I've been there and God out powered me and I helped. We should never question God's motives,He is right and we are wrong!God spoke to me and told me to feed that man, So I did and he told me to give him a message. After feeding this man God told me to tell him that He was still watching over him and that He still loves him.The man wept for a few minutes and then I prayed for him.God wanted me to be a good steward to this man and feed him and then plant a seed.I'll never know what ever became of this man but I know that God had his back.As for me I didn't expect anything in return but I did receive a great joy from it,a blessing. It still happens from time to time and God says stop and I just ride on.I get a guilty feeling when it happens. But I think when I get it through to my thick head That my questioning doesn't matter to God,I will then stop again.I'm a working progress in Gods holy name.
Please pray for me
Thank you and God bless
